Medium (white):  Mens (5-8), Womens (6.5-9.5)
Large (dk. blue):  Mens (8.5-11.5), Womens (10-13)
X-Large (purple):  Mens ( >12), Womens ( >13.5)

For upper extremities, size determined by arm length and circumference:

Medium (red):  21.75" long, < 17.75" circ
Large (yellow):  24.75" long, 17.75" - 22.5" circ
