The use of Promogran Prisma has proven to heal wounds faster resulting in a more cost-effective treatment with the added benefit of silver's natural antimicrobial properties.
Promogran is a sterile, freeze-dried wound dressing matrix comprised of 55% collagen and 44% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC), and 1% silver-ORC for added antimicrobial purposes. Promogran Prisma is indicated for use in management of all wounds healing by secondary intent which are clear of necrotic tissue.
