Shipping Details
We offer a range of shipping options, all of which are presented during the checkout process. Other than standard shipping, charges are based on the total weight of your order, your location, and the method of delivery.
Shipping Rates for Ground/Standard Shipping (48 contiguous states only):
All internet orders: $6.95
All internet orders OVER $100: FREE
Any internet order including an Orthaheel Sandal or Shoe: FREE
Orders are generally shipped the day after they are received. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). All orders are shipped from our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse; delivery time depends on your selected method of shipment and location.
Situations in which you should call us for a shipping quote include:
- If you are shipping outside of the United States.
- If you require Saturday delivery.
- If you are ordering on a Friday and require Saturday or Monday delivery.
- If your order is over 100 pounds.
